10 Foreigners will rebuild your walls,(A)
and their kings will serve you.(B)
Although I struck you in my wrath,
yet I will show mercy to you with my favor.(C)
11 Your city gates will always be open;
they will never be shut day or night
so that the wealth of the nations
may be brought into you,(D)
with their kings being led in procession.
12 For the nation and the kingdom
that will not serve you will perish;
those nations will be annihilated.(E)

10 “Foreigners(A) will rebuild your walls,
and their kings(B) will serve you.
Though in anger I struck you,
in favor(C) I will show you compassion.(D)
11 Your gates(E) will always stand open,
they will never be shut, day or night,
so that people may bring you the wealth of the nations(F)—
their kings(G) led in triumphal procession.
12 For the nation or kingdom that will not serve(H) you will perish;
it will be utterly ruined.(I)
