Isaiah 65:23-25 New American Bible (Revised Edition) (NABRE)

23 They shall not toil in vain,
    nor beget children for sudden destruction;
For they shall be a people blessed by the Lord
    and their descendants with them.
24 Before they call, I will answer;
    while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
25 [a]The wolf and the lamb shall pasture together,
    and the lion shall eat hay like the ox—
    but the serpent’s food shall be dust.
None shall harm or destroy
    on all my holy mountain, says the Lord.
