Isaiah 9:12-14

12 The Arameans on the east and the (A)Philistines on the west;
And they (B)devour Israel with [a]gaping jaws.
(C)In spite of all this, His anger does not turn back,
And His hand is still stretched out.

13 Yet the people (D)do not turn back to Him who struck them,
Nor do they (E)seek Yahweh of hosts.
14 So Yahweh cuts off (F)head and tail from Israel,
Both palm branch and bulrush (G)in a single day.
