Final Judgement and Glory of the Lord

⁴¹ “Then he will say to those on his left, ^(A)‘Depart from me, you ^(B)cursed, into ^(C)the eternal fire prepared for ^(D)the devil and his angels.

^13 (A)each one's work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed ^(B)by fire, and ^(C)the fire will test what sort of work each one has done.

^27 (A)but a fearful expectation of judgement, and ^(B)a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries.

²⁹ for our ^(A)God is a consuming fire.

⁷ But by the same word ^(A)the heavens and earth that now exist are stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgement and ^(B)destruction of the ungodly.

The Great Day of the Lord

4 ^[a] “For behold, ^(A)the day is coming, ^(B)burning like an oven, when ^(C)all the arrogant and ^(D)all evildoers ^(E)will be stubble. The day that is coming ^(F)shall set them ablaze, says the Lord of hosts, so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.
