²³ For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror.

¹⁸ And we all, with unveiled face, ^(A)beholding ^(B)the glory of the Lord,^{[a] (C)}are being transformed into the same image ^(D)from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
