Jeremiah 15:3-5

3 Four kinds of scourge I have decreed against them—oracle of the Lord—the sword to kill them; dogs to drag them off; the birds of the sky and the beasts of the earth to devour and destroy them.(A) 4 And I will make them an object of horror to all the kingdoms of the earth because of what Manasseh, son of Hezekiah, king of Judah, did in Jerusalem.(B)

3 “I will send four kinds of destroyers(A) against them,” declares the Lord, “the sword(B) to kill and the dogs(C) to drag away and the birds(D) and the wild animals to devour and destroy.(E) 4 I will make them abhorrent(F) to all the kingdoms of the earth(G) because of what Manasseh(H) son of Hezekiah king of Judah did in Jerusalem.
5 “Who will have pity(I) on you, Jerusalem?
Who will mourn for you?
Who will stop to ask how you are?
