Jeremiah 18:17-19

New International Version

¹⁸ They said, “Come, let’s make plans^(C) against Jeremiah; for the teaching of the law by the priest^(D) will not cease, nor will counsel from the wise,^(E) nor the word from the prophets.^(F) So come, let’s attack him with our tongues^(G) and pay no attention to anything he says.”
