Jeremiah 19:6-8

6 “Therefore[a] look, days are about to come,” declares[b] Yahweh, “when this place will no longer be called Topheth or the Valley of Ben Hinnom, but[c] the Valley of the Slaughter. 7 And I will lay waste the plans[d] of Judah and Jerusalem in this place, and I will bring them to ruin by the sword before[e] their enemies, and by the hand of those who seek their life, and I will give their dead bodies[f] as food to the birds[g] of heaven and to the animals[h] of the earth. 8 And I will make this city a horror, and an object of hissing, everyone who passes by it will be appalled, and will hiss because of all its wounds.

New International Version
6 So beware, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when people will no longer call this place Topheth(A) or the Valley of Ben Hinnom,(B) but the Valley of Slaughter.(C)
7 “‘In this place I will ruin[a] the plans(D) of Judah and Jerusalem. I will make them fall by the sword before their enemies,(E) at the hands of those who want to kill them, and I will give their carcasses(F) as food(G) to the birds and the wild animals. 8 I will devastate this city and make it an object of horror and scorn;(H) all who pass by will be appalled(I) and will scoff because of all its wounds.(J)
