²⁰ Go up to Lebanon and cry out,
And lift up your voice in Bashan;
Cry out also from ^(A)Abarim,
For all your ^(B)lovers have been broken.

²² The wind will sweep away all your ^(A)shepherds,
And your ^(B)lovers will go into captivity;
Then you will surely be ^(C)ashamed and feel dishonor
Because of all your evil.

² She ^(A)weeps bitterly in the night,
And her tears are on her cheeks;
She has none to comfort her
Among all her ^(B)lovers.
All her friends have ^(C)dealt treacherously with her;
They have become her enemies.

¹⁹ I ^(A)called to my lovers, but they deceived me;
My ^(B)priests and my elders breathed their last in the city
While they sought food for themselves in order to ^(C)restore their souls.
