28 For he has sent word to us in Babylon, saying: “The exile will be long—build houses and live in them; plant gardens and eat their fruit.’”
29 So Zephaniah the kohen read this letter in the ears of the prophet Jeremiah. 30 Then the word of Adonai came to Jeremiah, saying:

29 Zephaniah(D) the priest, however, read the letter to Jeremiah the prophet. 30 Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:
