10 And thou, be not afraid, My servant Jacob, An affirmation of Jehovah, Nor be affrighted, O Israel, For, lo, I am saving thee from afar, And thy seed from the land of their captivity, And Jacob hath turned back and rested, And is quiet, and there is none troubling.

    no longer will foreigners enslave them.(C)
Instead, they will serve the Lord their God

    do not be dismayed, Israel,’
declares the Lord.
‘I will surely save(H) you out of a distant place,
    your descendants from the land of their exile.
Jacob will again have peace and security,(I)
