Jeremiah 33:13-15
Good News Translation

13 In the towns in the hill country, in the foothills, and in southern Judah, in the territory of Benjamin, in the villages around Jerusalem, and in the towns of Judah, shepherds will once again count their sheep. I, the Lord, have spoken.”

14 (A)The Lord said, “The time is coming when I will fulfill the promise that I made to the people of Israel and Judah. 15 At that time I will choose as king a righteous descendant of David. That king will do what is right and just throughout the land.

New International Version

13 In the towns of the hill(A) country, of the western foothills and of the Negev,(B) in the territory of Benjamin, in the villages around Jerusalem and in the towns of Judah, flocks will again pass under the hand(C) of the one who counts them,’ says the Lord.

14 “‘The days are coming,’ declares the Lord, ‘when I will fulfill the good promise(D) I made to the people of Israel and Judah.

15 “‘In those days and at that time
    I will make a righteous(E) Branch(F) sprout from David’s line;(G)
    he will do what is just and right in the land.
