Jeremiah 33:5-7
Common English Bible
5 of the invading Babylonians.[a] They will be filled with the corpses of those slain in my fierce anger. I hid my face from the people of this city because of all their evil deeds, 6 but now I will heal and mend them. I will make them whole and bless them[b] with an abundance of peace and security. 7 I will bring back the captives of Judah and Israel, and I will rebuild them as they were at first.

5 in the fight with the Babylonians[a]: ‘They will be filled with the dead bodies of the people I will slay in my anger and wrath.(A) I will hide my face(B) from this city because of all its wickedness.
6 “‘Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal(C) my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace(D) and security. 7 I will bring Judah(E) and Israel back from captivity[b](F) and will rebuild(G) them as they were before.(H)
