11 Now the Babylonian army had left Jerusalem because of Pharaoh’s army. 12 And so Jeremiah left Jerusalem to go to the land of Benjamin to take his land there among the people.

11 After the Babylonian army had withdrawn(B) from Jerusalem because of Pharaoh’s army, 12 Jeremiah started to leave the city to go to the territory of Benjamin to get his share of the property(C) among the people there.
