15 For a voice declares from (A)Dan,
And makes wickedness heard from Mount Ephraim.
16 “Make mention of it to the nations, saying, ‘Behold!’
Make it heard over Jerusalem,
‘Besiegers come from a (B)far country,
And (C)give forth their voices against the cities of Judah.
17 Like watchmen of a field they are (D)against her round about
Because she has (E)rebelled against Me,’ declares Yahweh.

proclaiming disaster from the hills of Ephraim.(B)
16 “Tell this to the nations,
proclaim concerning Jerusalem:
‘A besieging army is coming from a distant land,(C)
raising a war cry(D) against the cities of Judah.(E)
17 They surround(F) her like men guarding a field,
because she has rebelled(G) against me,’”
declares the Lord.
