¹¹ Do not be afraid of the king of Babylon, of whom you are afraid; do not be afraid of him,’ says the Lord, ^(A)‘for I am with you, to save you and deliver you from his hand.

¹⁵ For ^(A)you did not receive the spirit of bondage again ^(B)to fear, but you received the ^(C)Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, ^(D)“Abba,^[a] Father.”

¹⁰ And ^(A)if Timothy comes, see that he may be with you without fear; for ^(B)he does the work of the Lord, as I also do.

^11 (A)Therefore let no one despise him. But send him on his journey ^(B)in peace, that he may come to me; for I am waiting for him with the brethren.

¹² Let no one ^[a]despise your youth, but be an ^(A)example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, ^[b]in spirit, in faith, in purity.
