Wherefore gloriest thou in the [a]valleys? thy valley floweth away, O rebellious daughter: she trusted in her treasures, saying, Who shall come unto me?

Behold, I will bring [b]a fear upon thee, saith the Lord God of hosts, of all those that be about thee, and ye shall be scattered every man [c]right forth, and none shall gather him that fleeth.

And [d]afterward I will bring again the captivity of the children of Ammon.
