Jeremiah 52:2-4

2 Zedekiah did what was evil in the Lord’s sight just as Jehoiakim had done.(A) 3 Because of the Lord’s anger, it came to the point in Jerusalem and Judah that He finally banished them from His presence. Nevertheless, Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.(B)
4 In the ninth year of Zedekiah’s reign, on the tenth day of the tenth month, King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon advanced against Jerusalem with his entire army. They laid siege to the city and built a siege wall all around it.

New International Version
2 He did evil in the eyes of the Lord, just as Jehoiakim(A) had done. 3 It was because of the Lord’s anger that all this happened to Jerusalem and Judah,(B) and in the end he thrust them from his presence.(C)
Now Zedekiah rebelled(D) against the king of Babylon.
4 So in the ninth year of Zedekiah’s reign, on the tenth(E) day of the tenth month, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon marched against Jerusalem(F) with his whole army. They encamped outside the city and built siege works(G) all around it.(H)
