8 But the army of the Chalde′ans pursued the king, and overtook Zedeki′ah in the plains of Jericho; and all his army was scattered from him. 9 Then they captured the king, and brought him up to the king of Babylon at Riblah in the land of Hamath, and he passed sentence upon him. 10 The king of Babylon slew the sons of Zedeki′ah before his eyes, and also slew all the princes of Judah at Riblah.

New International Version
8 but the Babylonian[a] army pursued King Zedekiah and overtook him in the plains of Jericho. All his soldiers were separated from him and scattered, 9 and he was captured.(A)
He was taken to the king of Babylon at Riblah(B) in the land of Hamath,(C) where he pronounced sentence on him. 10 There at Riblah the king of Babylon killed the sons(D) of Zedekiah before his eyes; he also killed all the officials of Judah.
