Arise, and let’s [a]attack by night
And (A)destroy her [b]palaces!’”
For this is what the Lord of armies says:
(B)Cut down her trees
And pile up an (C)assault ramp against Jerusalem.
This is the city to be punished,
In whose midst there is only (D)oppression.
(E)As a well [c]keeps its waters fresh,
So she [d]keeps fresh her wickedness.
(F)Violence and destruction are heard in her;
(G)Sickness and wounds are constantly before Me.
