¹³ And now, because you have done all these works,” declares Yahweh, “and I spoke to you, ^(A)rising up early and ^(B)speaking, but you did not hear, and I ^(C)called you but you did not answer,

²⁵ Since the day that your fathers came out of the land of Egypt until this day, I have ^(A)sent you all My slaves the prophets, daily rising up early and sending them.

⁴ And Yahweh has sent to you all His ^(A)slaves the prophets, rising up early and sending, but you have not listened nor inclined your ear to hear,

⁵ to listen to the words of ^(A)My slaves the prophets, whom I have been sending to you, rising up early and sending, but you have not listened,

¹⁹ because they have ^(A)not listened to My words,’ declares Yahweh, ‘which I sent to them by ^(B)My slaves the prophets, rising up early and sending; but you did not listen,’ declares Yahweh.

¹⁵ Also I have sent to you all My ^(A)slaves the prophets, rising up early and sending, saying: ‘^(B)Turn now every man from his evil way and make good your deeds, and ^(C)do not walk after other gods to ^[a]serve them. Then you will ^(D)inhabit the land which I have given to you and to your fathers; but you have not ^(E)inclined your ear or listened to Me.

⁷ Are not these the words which Yahweh ^(A)called out by the hand of the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and ^(B)at ease along with its cities around it, and the ^[a](C)Negev and the ^[b]Shephelah were inhabited?’”
