19 (A)Is it I whom they provoke? declares the Lord. Is it not themselves, (B)to their own shame? 20 Therefore thus says the Lord God: Behold, (C)my anger and my wrath will be poured out on this place, upon man and beast, upon the trees of the field and the fruit of the ground; (D)it will burn and not be quenched.”

21 Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: (E)“Add your burnt offerings to your sacrifices, and eat the flesh.

20 “‘Therefore this is what the Sovereign(C) Lord says: My anger(D) and my wrath will be poured(E) out on this place—on man and beast, on the trees of the field and on the crops of your land—and it will burn and not be quenched.(F)

21 “‘This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: Go ahead, add your burnt offerings to your other sacrifices(G) and eat(H) the meat yourselves!
