⁹ Anyone who ^(A)stays in this city will die by the ^(B)sword, by famine, or by plague; but anyone who leaves and goes over to the Chaldeans who are besieging you will live, and he will have his own life as plunder.

¹⁸ For I will assuredly rescue you, and you will not fall by the sword; but you will have your own ^(A)life as plunder, because you have ^(B)trusted in Me,” declares the Lord.’”

⁵ But as for you, are you ^(A)seeking great things for yourself? Do not seek them; for behold, I am going to ^(B)bring disaster on all flesh,’ declares the Lord, ‘but I will ^(C)give your life to you as plunder in all the places where you may go.’”
