¹⁴ I will be found by you, declares the Lord, ^(A)and I will restore your fortunes and ^(B)gather you from all the nations and all the places ^(C)where I have driven you, declares the Lord, and I will bring you back to the place from which I sent you into exile.

²³ Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Once more they shall use these words in the land of Judah and in its cities, ^(A)when I restore their fortunes:

⁴⁴ Fields shall be bought for money, and ^(A)deeds shall be signed and ^(B)sealed and ^(C)witnessed, ^(D)in the land of Benjamin, ^(E)in the places about Jerusalem, ^(F)and in the cities of Judah, ^(G)in the cities of the hill country, ^(H)in the cities of the Shephelah, and in the cities of the Negeb; for ^(I)I will restore their fortunes, declares the Lord.”

^7 (A)I will restore the fortunes of Judah and the fortunes of Israel, ^(B)and rebuild them as they were ^(C)at first.

^11 (A)the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing, as they bring ^(B)thank offerings to the house of the Lord:

^(D)For I will restore the fortunes of the land as at first, says the Lord.

²⁶ then I will reject the offspring of Jacob and David my servant and will not choose one of his offspring to rule over the offspring of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. ^(A)For I will restore their fortunes and will have mercy on them.”

The Lord Restores Job's Fortunes

¹⁰ And the Lord ^(A)restored the fortunes of Job, when he had prayed for his friends. And the Lord gave Job ^(B)twice as much as he had before.
