Jeremiah 41:17-18

¹⁷ They left, stopping in Geruth Chimham,^(A) which is near Bethlehem, in order to make their way into Egypt, ¹⁸ away from the Chaldeans. For they feared them because Ishmael son of Nethaniah had struck down Gedaliah son of Ahikam, whom the king of Babylon had appointed over the land.^(B)
