⁴ Because of the day that comes to plunder all the ^(A)Philistines,
To cut off from ^(B)Tyre and Sidon every helper who remains;
For the Lord shall plunder the Philistines,
^(C)The remnant of the country of ^(D)Caphtor.^[a]

² Also against ^(A)Hamath, which borders on it,
And against ^(B)Tyre and ^(C)Sidon, though they are very ^(D)wise.
