¹¹ “Because^(A) you were glad, because you rejoiced,
You destroyers of My heritage,
Because you have grown fat ^(B)like a heifer threshing grain,
And you ^[a]bellow like bulls,

¹⁶ “For Israel ^(A)is stubborn
Like a stubborn calf;
Now the Lord will let them forage
Like a lamb in ^[a]open country.

¹³ “Arise^(A) and ^(B)thresh, O daughter of Zion;
For I will make your horn iron,
And I will make your hooves bronze;
You shall ^(C)beat in pieces many peoples;
^(D)I will consecrate their gain to the Lord,
And their substance to ^(E)the Lord of the whole earth.”
