⁶ For thus has the Lord of hosts said:

^17 (A)Nor will Pharaoh with his mighty army and great company do anything in the war, ^(B)when they heap up a siege mound and build a ^[a]wall to cut off many persons.

¹⁵ So the king of the North shall come and ^(A)build a siege mound, and take a fortified city; and the ^[a]forces of the South shall not withstand him. Even his choice troops shall have no strength to resist.
