Job 1:10-12

10 You have safeguarded him and his family and all his possessions with your protection. You have blessed every one of his undertakings, and his flocks have continued to increase throughout the land. 11 But if you stretch out your hand and strike all that he has, he will surely curse you to your face.” 12 The Lord then said, “Very well. All that he has is in your power. However, you may not lay a hand upon him.” So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.

10 “Have you not put a hedge(A) around him and his household and everything he has?(B) You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land.(C) 11 But now stretch out your hand and strike everything he has,(D) and he will surely curse you to your face.”(E)
12 The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything he has(F) is in your power, but on the man himself do not lay a finger.”(G)
Then Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.
