Job 10:15-17

15 ‘If (A)I am wicked, woe to me!
And (B)if I am righteous, I dare not lift up my head.
I am sated with disgrace and [a]conscious of my misery.
16 ‘Should my head be lifted up, (C)You would hunt me like a lion;
And again You would show Your (D)power against me.
17 ‘You renew (E)Your witnesses against me
And increase Your anger toward me;

15 If I am guilty(A)—woe to me!(B)
Even if I am innocent, I cannot lift my head,(C)
for I am full of shame
and drowned in[a] my affliction.(D)
16 If I hold my head high, you stalk me like a lion(E)
and again display your awesome power against me.(F)
17 You bring new witnesses against me(G)
and increase your anger toward me;(H)
your forces come against me wave upon wave.(I)
