³Does it please you to oppress me,^(A)
to spurn the work of your hands,^(B)
while you smile on the plans of the wicked?^(C)

³Does it seem good to You that You should oppress,
That You should despise the work of Your hands,
And smile on the counsel of the wicked?

²⁵The Lord Almighty will bless^(A) them, saying, “Blessed be Egypt my people,^(B) Assyria my handiwork,^(C) and Israel my inheritance.^(D)”
