and those whom I loved have turned against me.

¹⁹All my intimate friends^(A) detest me;^(B)
those I love have turned against me.^(C)

¹⁹All my inward friends abhorred me: and they whom I loved are turned against me.

¹⁰They ^(A)abhor me; they keep aloof from me;
they do not hesitate to ^(B)spit at the sight of me.

¹⁰They detest me^(A) and keep their distance;
they do not hesitate to spit in my face.^(B)

¹⁰They abhor me, they flee far from me, and spare not to spit in my face.
