    the Lord his trust,
who does not turn to the proud,
    to those who ^(B)go astray after a lie!

^4 (A)Rescue the weak and the needy;
    ^(B)deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”

¹⁰ You ^(A)crushed ^(B)Rahab like a carcass;
    you ^(C)scattered your enemies with your mighty arm.

⁷ Egypt's ^(A)help is worthless and empty;
    therefore I have called her
    ^(B)“Rahab who sits still.”
