Job 31:38-40

³⁸“If my ^(A)land cries out against me,
And its furrows weep together;
³⁹If I have ^(B)eaten its ^[a]fruit without money,
Or have ^(C)caused ^[b]its owners to lose their lives,
⁴⁰May the ^(D)thorn-bush ^[c]grow instead of wheat,
And stinkweed instead of barley.”
