¹¹ The Lord has given full vent to his wrath;^(A)
    he has poured out^(B) his fierce anger.^(C)
He kindled a fire^(D) in Zion
    that consumed her foundations.^(E)

⁴ A sword will come against Egypt,^(A)
    and anguish will come upon Cush.^[a](B)
When the slain fall in Egypt,
    her wealth will be carried away
    and her foundations torn down.^(C)
