²⁰In famine^(A) he will deliver you from death,
and in battle from the stroke of the sword.^(B)

²⁰In famine he shall redeem thee from death: and in war from the power of the sword.

¹⁴The wicked draw the sword^(A)
and bend the bow^(B)
to bring down the poor and needy,^(C)
to slay those whose ways are upright.

¹⁴The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation.
