³ Though they wished to dispute with him,^(A)
    they could not answer him one time out of a thousand.^(B)

²⁹ you should fear the sword yourselves;
    for wrath will bring punishment by the sword,^(A)
    and then you will know that there is judgment.^[a]”^(B)

¹⁴ The Lord enters into judgment^(A)
    against the elders and leaders of his people:
“It is you who have ruined my vineyard;
    the plunder^(B) from the poor^(C) is in your houses.
