³⁴Let Him ^(A)remove His rod from me,
And let not the dread of Him terrify me.

³⁴someone to remove God’s rod from me,^(A)
so that his terror would frighten me no more.^(B)

¹⁰^(A)Remove Your plague from me;
Because of ^(B)the opposition of Your hand I am ^[a]perishing.

¹⁰Remove your scourge from me;
