11 The Lord (A)utters His voice before (B)His army;
Surely His camp is very great,
For (C)strong is he who carries out His word.
The (D)day of the Lord is indeed great and very awesome,
And (E)who can endure it?
12 “Yet even now,” declares the Lord,
(F)Return to Me with all your heart,
And with (G)fasting, weeping and mourning;
13 And (H)rend your heart and not (I)your garments.”
Now return to the Lord your God,
For He is (J)gracious and compassionate,
Slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness
And (K)relenting of evil.

his forces are beyond number,
    and mighty is the army that obeys his command.

    it is dreadful.

12 “Even now,” declares the Lord,
    “return(F) to me with all your heart,(G)
    with fasting and weeping and mourning.”

    and not your garments.(I)
Return(J) to the Lord your God,
    for he is gracious and compassionate,(K)
slow to anger and abounding in love,(L)
    and he relents from sending calamity.(M)

11 And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

12 Therefore also now, saith the Lord, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:

13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.
