²⁷coming after me, whose sandals I’m not worthy to untie.” ²⁸These things happened in Bethany beyond the Jordan, where John was immersing.

²⁹The next day, John sees Yeshua coming to him and says, “Behold, the Lamb^[a] of God who takes away the sin of the world!

²⁸This all happened at Bethany on the other side of the Jordan,^(C) where John was baptizing.

²⁹The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God,^(D) who takes away the sin of the world!^(E)
