24 So they said to one another, “(A)Let us not tear it, but cast lots for it, to decide whose it shall be;” (B)this was in order that the Scripture would be fulfilled: “They (C)divided My garments among them, and for My clothing they cast [a]lots.” 25 Therefore the soldiers did these things.

(D)But standing by the cross of Jesus were (E)His mother, and His mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and (F)Mary Magdalene. 26 When Jesus then saw His mother, and (G)the disciple whom He loved standing nearby, He *said to His mother, (H)Woman, behold, your son!”
