Jesus Is Equal with God

¹⁸ This was why the Jews ^(A)were seeking all the more to kill him, ^(B)because not only was he ^(C)breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God ^(D)his own Father, ^(E)making himself equal with God.

³⁶ do you say of him whom ^(A)the Father consecrated and ^(B)sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming’, because ^(C)I said, ‘I am the Son of God’?

^63 (A)But Jesus remained silent. ^(B)And the high priest said to him, ^(C)“I adjure you by ^(D)the living God, ^(E)tell us if you are ^(F)the Christ, ^(G)the Son of God.”

⁷⁰ So they all said, “Are you ^(A)the Son of God, then?” And he said to them, ^(B)“You say that I am.”
