New American Standard Bible

21 Then Joshua came at that time and eliminated (A)the Anakim from the hill country, from Hebron, Debir, Anab, and from all the hill country of Judah and all the hill country of Israel. Joshua utterly destroyed them with their cities. 22 There were no Anakim left in the land of the sons of Israel; only in Gaza, (B)Gath, and (C)Ashdod some remained.

New International Version

21 At that time Joshua went and destroyed the Anakites(A) from the hill country: from Hebron, Debir(B) and Anab,(C) from all the hill country of Judah, and from all the hill country of Israel. Joshua totally destroyed them and their towns. 22 No Anakites were left in Israelite territory; only in Gaza,(D) Gath(E) and Ashdod(F) did any survive.
