Modern English Version
22 No Anakites were left in the land of the children of Israel, but they did remain in Gaza, Gath, and Ashdod. 23 So Joshua took the whole land according to all that the Lord had said to Moses. Joshua gave it to Israel as an inheritance according to their allotted portions by their tribes. Then the land rested from war.

22 No Anakites were left in Israelite territory; only in Gaza,(A) Gath(B) and Ashdod(C) did any survive.
23 So Joshua took the entire land,(D) just as the Lord had directed Moses, and he gave it as an inheritance(E) to Israel according to their tribal divisions.(F) Then the land had rest(G) from war.(H)
