4 They came out, with all their troops, a great army, in number like the sand on the seashore, with very many horses and chariots. 5 All these kings joined their forces, and came and camped together at the waters of Merom, to fight with Israel.
6 And the Lord said to Joshua, ‘Do not be afraid of them, for tomorrow at this time I will hand over all of them, slain, to Israel; you shall hamstring their horses, and burn their chariots with fire.’

4 They came out with all their troops and a large number of horses and chariots—a huge army, as numerous as the sand on the seashore.(A) 5 All these kings joined forces(B) and made camp together at the Waters of Merom(C) to fight against Israel.
6 The Lord said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid of them, because by this time tomorrow I will hand(D) all of them, slain, over to Israel. You are to hamstring(E) their horses and burn their chariots.”(F)
