11 The side of their land went on to the north side of Ekron. Then it turned to Shikkeron and went on to Mount Baalah and on to Jabneel, and ended at the sea. 12 The west side of their land was along the side of the Great Sea. These are the sides of the land of the people of Judah by their families.
13 Joshua gave Caleb son of Jephunneh a share among the people of Judah, as the Lord told him. It was Kiriath-arba (that is, Hebron), named for Arba, the father of Anak.

11 It went to the northern slope of Ekron,(A) turned toward Shikkeron, passed along to Mount Baalah(B) and reached Jabneel.(C) The boundary ended at the sea.
12 The western boundary is the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea.(D)
These are the boundaries around the people of Judah by their clans.
13 In accordance with the Lord’s command to him, Joshua gave to Caleb(E) son of Jephunneh a portion in Judah—Kiriath Arba(F), that is, Hebron.(G) (Arba was the forefather of Anak.)(H)
