GOD’S WORD Translation

¹⁸Anathoth, and Almon. ¹⁹In all, 13 cities with pasturelands were given to the priests, the descendants of Aaron.

²⁰Cities were chosen by lot from the tribe of Ephraim to give to the rest of Levi’s descendants who were from the families of Kohath.

New International Version

¹⁸Anathoth^(A) and Almon, together with their pasturelands—four towns.

¹⁹The total number of towns^(B) for the priests, the descendants of Aaron, came to thirteen, together with their pasturelands.^(C)

²⁰The rest of the Kohathite clans of the Levites were allotted towns from the tribe of Ephraim:
