11 (A)You crossed the Jordan and came to Jericho; and the citizens of Jericho fought against you, and (B)the Amorite, the Perizzite, the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Girgashite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite. Therefore (C)I handed them over to you. 12 Then I (D)sent the hornet before you and it [a]drove out the two kings of the Amorites from you—(E)not by your sword nor your bow. 13 And (F)I gave you a land on which you had not labored, and cities which you had not built, and you have lived in them; you are eating of vineyards and olive groves which you did not plant.’

12 And I sent the hornet before you, which drave them out from before you, even the two kings of the Amorites; but not with thy sword, nor with thy bow.
13 And I have given you a land for which ye did not labour, and cities which ye built not, and ye dwell in them; of the vineyards and oliveyards which ye planted not do ye eat.
