24 (A)And the people said to Joshua, “We will serve Yahweh our God, and we will listen to His voice.” 25 (B)So Joshua cut a covenant with the people that day and made for them a statute and a judgment in Shechem. 26 And Joshua (C)wrote these words in the book of the law of God; and he took a large stone and set it up there under the oak that was by the sanctuary of Yahweh.

New International Version
24 And the people said to Joshua, “We will serve the Lord our God and obey him.”(A)
25 On that day Joshua made a covenant(B) for the people, and there at Shechem(C) he reaffirmed for them decrees and laws.(D) 26 And Joshua recorded(E) these things in the Book of the Law of God.(F) Then he took a large stone(G) and set it up there under the oak(H) near the holy place of the Lord.
