18 But you, keep yourselves from the things devoted to destruction, lest when you have devoted them you take any of the devoted things and make the camp of Israel (A)a thing for destruction and (B)bring trouble upon it. 19 But all silver and gold, and every vessel of bronze and iron, are holy to the Lord; they shall go into the treasury of the Lord.” 20 So the people shouted, and the trumpets were blown. As soon as the people heard the sound of the trumpet, the people shouted a great shout, and (C)the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they captured the city.

18 But keep away from the devoted things,(A) so that you will not bring about your own destruction by taking any of them. Otherwise you will make the camp of Israel liable to destruction(B) and bring trouble(C) on it. 19 All the silver and gold and the articles of bronze and iron(D) are sacred to the Lord and must go into his treasury.”

20 When the trumpets sounded,(E) the army shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when the men gave a loud shout,(F) the wall collapsed; so everyone charged straight in, and they took the city.(G)
